Our Glow & Flow experience blends gentle yoga, guided meditation, and healing crystal singing bowls to create a deeply relaxing wellness session designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
This beginner-friendly class begins with slow, intentional yoga movements to release tension and improve circulation. Guests will then transition into a guided sound bath meditation where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls help the body enter a state of deep relaxation.
The experience is designed for anyone looking to reset mentally, physically, and energetically.
